Hi there, my name is Sarah.
I'm a graduate student at St. Bonaventure University working to obtain my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I have experience working at Buffalo Neuropsychology as a Neuropsychology Technician. Here I gained experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and medical reports for patients of all ages for purposes of diagnostic clarification; including learning disabilities, mental disorders, physical handicaps, neurological disorders, psychiatric diseases, trauma, and exposure to emotional or physical abuse.
I like to emphasize the importance of a safe and trusting environment so you can always feel comfortable to be yourself. I enjoy working adolescent and young adults, helping them address the unique challenges they may face and offering tools for them to be successful.
I look forward to supporting your growth in overcoming difficulties and enhancing your mental well-being!
