Career Development
Career Development is a lifelong practice that, whether you know it or not, started when you were born! It's the process of managing life, learning, and work over your lifespan.

Several factors influence your career development, including:
-
interests
-
abilities
-
values
-
personality
-
background
-
life circumstances

Throughout your life, you will change, situations will change, and you will continually have to make career and life decisions. Thus, the process of career development starts, evolves, and repeats—and never ends—until retirement (and in many instances, not even then).
