I am a Mental Health Counselor-LP as well as the Director of Career Counseling and Development.
I earned a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and have over a decade of experience in market research and data analytics. I lead clients through career exploration and assessments to empower them to make meaningful and fulfilling career decisions at all life stages.
I emphasize a collaborative and trusting therapeutic alliance centered on empathic understanding and unconditional acceptance. My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities to fit each client’s individual needs, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), mindfulness, and existential psychotherapy.
I am passionate about helping clients with a wide range of concerns. Focus areas include anxiety, depression, childhood and adult trauma, maternal mental health, work stress, and significant life transitions such as parenthood and career changes. Ultimately, you are the expert on your life, and together we can make room for where you have been and where you wish to go.
