Feeling worried, stressed, or anxious? You are not alone!

 

Our ACT Group for Anxiety provides a supportive and transformative space designed to help individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This group offers a unique opportunity to connect with others, explore effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth.​

Duration: 8 weekly sessions (90 minutes)

HOW TO JOIN

If you are interested in joining our group, please complete the inquiry form! We will follow up to schedule a virtual pre-screening (20-30 minute) call via Zoom or Google Meet. During the pre-screening call, we will discuss your goals for joining the group, assess if the group is a good fit for you, and answer any questions that you may have about the process. This step ensures that we can provide you with the best possible experience and support throughout the group!

 

Note: This group is a closed group, therefore it has a fixed and limited membership. Once the group starts, new members will not be added.
